      • First Stage of the Recycling Process

The image represents the first stage of our recycling process at Jawlah for Recycling.
We collect textile waste directly from garment factories, storing the offcuts in wheeled metal containers for easy transport. These fully loaded containers mark the starting point of converting fabric waste into valuable raw materials such as rPET pellets.

        Transportation Stage – Certified Hauler

The image shows the transportation stage of textile waste using a certified hauler contracted by Jawlah for Recycling.
After collecting fabric offcuts from garment factories, the materials are loaded into a designated truck that operates within the company’s authorized transportation network.
This step represents the second phase of the recycling process, ensuring that the waste arrives at our facility efficiently, safely, and in compliance with our operational standards.

        Baling Stage – After Sorting

The image shows the baling stage at Jawlah for Recycling, following the sorting of textile offcuts. At this step, the sorted fabric waste is gathered and fed into a hydraulic baler, where it is compressed into solid, uniform bales ready for storage or transport.
This process is essential for reducing volume, improving handling efficiency, and preparing the material for the next production phase.

        Bale Arrangement – Post-Sorting, Pre-Production

The image shows the organized arrangement of compressed textile bales inside the storage facility at Jawlah for Recycling, following the sorting stage.
The bales are neatly lined up in long rows, classified according to fabric type, color, and quality. This systematic organization ensures efficient inventory management and prepares the material for the next production steps, whether further baling, processing, or recycling operations.

        Production Stage

The image shows the final production stage at Jawlah for Recycling, where textile scraps are transformed into rPET pellets in various colors.
The pellets are packed in large bags, each containing a red-cap sample jar showcasing the quality of the final product. This stage represents the conversion of raw textile waste into a ready-to-use raw material for plastic applications or PSF fiber production at client facilities.
